Passionate about strategic communications, external relations, public affairs, policy dialogue and advocacy in multinational frameworks. As the co-founder and managing partner at Werbeberg Digital Communications GmbH & Co KG, I balance the intricacies of company management with providing strategic communication consultancy to our clients. This role enables me to apply my expertise in guiding complex communication projects. In my Master's thesis at FHWien der WKW, I focused on exploring the impact of strategic communications in institutional settings on democracy, a subject that aligns closely with my volunteer engagements. My volunteer role as an external representative for the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) involves advocacy and strategic external relations, navigating through multifaceted international frameworks. As an elected member of the Advisory Council on Youth at the Council of Europe, I apply my insights to real-world policy development, focusing on youth empowerment and human rights. As Co-Chair of the Programming Committee on Youth I ensure a smooth and fruitful operation of the committee that takes decisions on the programme & activities of the European Youth Centers in Strasbourg & Budapest, as well assessing the grant applications to the European Youth Foundation with an annual budget of over to strengthen youth organisations & projects that support the core values of the Council of Europe. These experiences have sharpened my abilities in policy dialogue and strategic global engagement, reinforcing my passion for using strategic communication as a tool to support democratic values and effective governance.
