As an Online Fitness Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I specialize in helping busy professionals achieve their fitness goals without sacrificing their work-life balance. Whether it’s building strength, burning fat, or creating sustainable health habits, I’m dedicated to guiding my clients with personalized, data-driven strategies that produce real results. But my expertise doesn’t stop at the gym. As a Front-End Developer and Data Analyst, I have a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights and creating impactful, user-friendly web experiences. My proficiency in tools like SQL, Python, and Tableau, combined with my skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, allows me to bring a unique analytical perspective to every project I tackle—whether it’s designing a workout program or developing a website. What drives me is the intersection of fitness, technology, and data. I believe in the power of using data to inform decisions, whether it’s tracking client progress or optimizing a website’s performance. My goal is to help others find balance and success in their personal and professional lives, all while leveraging the latest in fitness science and technology. Let’s connect—whether you’re looking to elevate your fitness journey, optimize your web presence, or harness the power of data to drive growth, I’m here to help you achieve your goals.
