About Noah McCracken

As an Assistant Athletic Director at Winter Haven Christian School, I oversee the athletic program's operations, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and objectives. I assess equipment needs based on budget constraints and available resources, organize special events to promote the program, and participate in meetings related to athletics administration topics. I also oversee scheduling of practices and competitions, maintaining high standards of safety for all participants, and handle disciplinary matters involving student-athletes. In addition to my current role, I have experience in game scripting and event planning through my internship with the Macon Bacon of Coastal Plain League. There, I collaborated to craft game scripts for each home game, worked alongside PA announcers, and contributed ideas and insights in team meetings. I also utilized strong written communication skills to draft reports, emails, and other documents. My education background in Political Science and Government from the University of Central Florida has provided me with a solid foundation in critical thinking, research, and analysis. I am passionate about sports management and event planning, and I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
