About Noah Nientimp

My experience and knowledge from my past 20 years of work history has led me to be able to be an effective manager for my recent employer. I have worked on multiple teams providing both technical troubleshooting and customer support. Much of the skills I have learned and developed incorporated balancing technical troubleshooting to resolve issues as well as making sure I am providing top level customer support for clients. I have worked on a top level escalation path that worked along side other departments for unique situations that required specialized handling and the ability to make sound decisions to determine the correct resolution or escalation path. I am comfortable making decisions in a position of leadership to provide the best solution. In these positions, I have acquired experience in troubleshooting Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7,8,10 and Mac OSX operating systems. I have some experience with Linux from personal use. I believe in providing the best support I can in conjunction with maintaining a professional attitude to provide excellent customer service and technical support.
