About Noah Perry

Noah Perry specializes in operational planning and leadership strategy, with a passion for contributing his skills and experiences to meaningful projects and organizations. He is currently studying Financial Economics at Columbia University. Prior to attending Columbia University, Noah Perry was on a Type 1 Interagency Hotshot Crew (IHC) where he developed experience in fire suppression, risk mitigation, fire behavior analysis, and rapid mobilization emergency response. Prior to IHC, he served in the Army’s 25th Infantry Division where he completed extensive jungle operations training, joint training with foreign forces, and earned his Expert Infantry Badge (EIB). During his contract, he advanced from rifleman to radio operator and finally heavy weapons squad team leader (AG). As AG he led a highly trained and disciplined team of 4 soldiers, fostering a cohesive and efficient unit capable of accomplishing mission objectives in high-stress environments. Noah currently serves as Director of Community for MilVets, the Ivy League’s largest veteran organization, 501(c)(3). Membership includes men and women from every branch of the armed forces who have served in countless operations throughout the globe. As students, they utilize their experience to promote diversity and understanding, while striving to close the gap between our nation’s military and the society it serves.
