About Noah Prangner

I have over 8 years of helpdesk support experience. when I worked at Cordev, I was one of 7 helpdesk techs who were tasked with making sure that all Fort Bliss soldiers and DOD civilians (over personnel) had network access, reliable up-to-date computers, and access to printer/scanner capabilities. In Houston, I worked at TDECU as a helpdesk specialist. I became familiar with new programs and skills that help make sure the banks were running effectively. In San Antonio, I worked at Wilford Hall Surgical Center as a helpdesk support administrator. After coming back to El Paso and graduating Western Technical College with my degree in Information Systems and Security, i received a job as the senior service desk administrator for Sienna Systems at WSMR. There, i help lead a team of 6 other techs in reimaging computers, maintaining accounts and helpdesk support to the entire military installation. I was tasked with making sure that both military and civilian personnel had updated accounts and up-to-date laptops. reimaging computers and printers was a main task on post. Army reserves, I started to do helpdesk support for 1 company of about 50 soldiers and that number grew to over 300 soldiers in 4 companies over the years. After being promoted to SGT, I left to a new unit in Dallas, and there I am a team leader, do help desk support and work with other 25Bs. I am a highly motivated person who learns fast, disciplined, and will go out of way to ensure every job is completed exceeding all expectations.
