About Noah Rau

With over seven years of experience in the Automotive / Quality realm, I have developed a wide range of skills and talents. As a Supplier Technical Assistance Engineer for Ford Motor Company, I would regularly work with up to eight different automotive sub-suppliers to resolve quality, process, and capacity issues. I also gained experience in program management by managing launching future model programs and running changes to current model production. I pride myself in completing tasks well and getting things done the right way. There are no shortcuts in quality, and there is no substitute for integrity. I enjoy learning, understanding, and teaching others how processes work. To further develop this passion and my professional growth, I am currently 2/3 through my MBA degree at University of Michigan - Dearborn and anticipate completing this degree within the next two years!
