About Noah Runyard

I am a Sr. Health Economics Analyst, where I leverage data to optimize health outcomes and reduce costs for value-based care markets. I have a bachelor's degree in human resources management and services, a minor in economics, and I have two MBA degrees in data analytics and global management from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. In my current role, I have streamlined report generation, cutting the time to generate a report down by over 90% for executive and board-level report outs, by utilizing SQL and Tableau to analyze Medicare claims data across 18 markets and 54 independent practice groups. I have also created a projection model that predicts, with 95% accuracy, how many hospital admissions the company will be financially responsible for based on the company health information exchange. Additionally, I work alongside the ETL and Data Science teams to ingest data into Microsoft Azure, enabling new data models to improve patient care and financial modeling. I am passionate about collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance quality and efficiency of care.
