With a background in Sports Management and Enterprise Leadership, I bring experience across revenue generation, sales strategy, client retention, business development, and operations. I thrive in fast-paced environments where collaboration, data, and creativity come together to create real results. Before joining the Fire, I worked with the University of Iowa Women’s Basketball Team as a Team Manager and Practice Player, where I gained firsthand experience in operations, logistics, film, and recruiting support. I also helped grow digital engagement while running social media for BetterThanVegas, sharpening my skills in brand development and audience growth.
