About Noah Slater

Noah is the Vice President, Facilities Management for Toronto Community Housing Corp.(TCHC) where he oversees the ongoing renewal of over 50 million square feet of residential space; a public asset portfolio worth over $14B. TCHC's Facilities Management division leads the industry in its ability to deliver hundreds of critical capital projects a year, in occupied conditions, across Canada's largest reservoir of community housing. Since 2019, the FM division has delivered over $2B in urgent design and construction work. Prior to rejoining TCHC, Noah Slater served as the Director of Housing Development for the City's Housing Secretariat. He provided strategic leadership and oversight for housing development, revitalization, preservation, and improvement initiatives in support of the City’s ten-year housing plan. As an architect with nearly 20 years of senior experience, he has also led the design and delivery of a wide variety of award winning, complex mixed-use, residential, commercial, and institutional projects throughout Toronto. Noah’s work is focused on implementing transformative capital plans for public entities with investments focused on renewal, accessibility, equity, and energy performance.
