About Noah Solomon

As an aspiring supply chain professional with hands-on experience in both retail and production environments, I am passionate about optimizing processes and building strong vendor relationships to enhance business performance. In my current role as a Supply Chain & Master Data Analyst at Longo’s, I’ve honed my skills in inventory management, vendor negotiations, and demand forecasting. I work closely with suppliers to ensure product availability while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Previously, I gained invaluable experience and exposure to supply chain within the spirits industry with the Bacardi Canda team. My summer was spent working with the supply chain department, creating shipments, evaluating non-compliance complaints, along with creating an automated non-compliance invoice tracker using Microsoft Excel. Currently, I’m pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at Sheridan College where I’m developing a strong analytical foundation that complements my operational experience. My education in finance allows for me to approach supply chain decisions with a strategic, cost-conscious mindset to help drive value at every step of the process. With a dedication to continuous improvement, I am excited to continue to grow and develop my skillset within the supply chain space.
