About Noah Sturm

Husband. Father. Retired college golfer turned sales leader, and AI evangelist. At my core, I believe humans are the engine, AI is the crutch, but the operating system is how we move forward. Tools don’t win deals, people do. The best tech in the world still needs energy, clarity, and belief behind it. That’s where leadership, and relationships come in.Today, as SVP of Sales and Revenue at Augment AI, I’m building that operating system. I lead the full go-to-market organization. Sales, Marketing, Partners, Customer Success, and Support with one goal: turn revenue into a relationship engine. We’re reimagining complex B2B sales with AI-native tools that empower buyers, not just assist sellers. Our Decision Site platform gives every stakeholder a persistent, shared space to evaluate, align, and decide, making the buying process as seamless and intelligent as the selling one.My team and I are focused scaling one simple idea:The future of revenue isn’t automation, it’s augmentation. When I’m not leading teams or chasing alignment across the go-to-market ecosystem, you’ll find me with my wife Taylor, my son Beau, and our dog Bruce, reminding me daily that patience, presence, and persistence pay off in more ways than one.
