About Noah Wilson

The various roles that I have held over the years have taught me the value and power of well-maintained data. Accurate data doesn't happen by accident; it takes careful thought and planning with an eye to how it will ultimately be used which manifests in processes and procedures, a number of which I have either created or helped to create. In pulling data for reports, I have first-hand experience of the benefits and challenges that arise based on how data is recorded. Creating reports is perhaps the most exciting part of my job because it is a nexus of things I am passionate about: helping others to reach their full potential and using data to create a window that offers a view into a larger reality. In providing data-based reporting, I am able to empower others to enrich their work by doing and seeing more through the power of data. There is also something magical about seeing an ordered collection of letters and numbers become something greater than the sum of its parts. It could be a picture of giving trends in a specific area or a new perspective on how people interact with our organization. It is the careful assembly of puzzle pieces to see the image and story that the whole tells.
