About Noah Young

I am a student at Humber College, pursuing a post graduate degree in Marketing Management. I have a BA in Communication and Media Studies and Film Studies from Carleton University, where I developed my analytical and creative skills. I have also gained valuable experience as a Department Supervisor at Farm Boy Inc, a leading Canadian grocery retailer, where I managed the production and organization of fresh seafood and meat for service counters. As a Department Supervisor, I contributed to the Joint Health and Safety Committee panel, where I collaborated with other managers and employees to conduct safety check-ins and assure workplace security. I also supervised sales records, calculated inventory, and adjusted pricing and signage of fresh products. I was trusted to make time-sensitive decisions without seeking upper-management approval. I am passionate about delivering high-quality customer service and solving problems in a fast-paced environment. I am eager to learn from and work with diverse and talented teams, and to apply my marketing, communication, and organization skills to new challenges and opportunities.
