Experienced human resources professional with a demonstrated history of working in the recruitment industry. Hired IT professionals for niche groups in the Public sector domain, investment banking space, and telecommunications network industries. Was involved in roles like developers, testers, designers, analysts electronic and algorithmic trading strategists, machine learning, data science and quantitative modeling analysis, electronics and telecommunications networking. Most recently I was a Technology Recruiter at Vaco Lannick, and previously I was a Talent Sourcer and then a Technical Recruiter at Randstad Canada. I worked majorly with the Public Sector domain and a few other private clients. Working with various industries helped me develop skills like teamwork, leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, time management, singleness of purpose, listening skills, observatory skills, and MS office skills to name a few. Completed Masters of Business Administration focused in Human Resources from Christ University, Bangalore, India, and also graduated in Global Business Management with honors from Humber College, Toronto, Canada.
