About Noel Agius

With over two decades at GO plc, I’ve been fortunate to grow alongside a team of dedicated professionals — evolving from hands-on technical roles to senior leadership in service operations. Today, as Senior Manager of Customer Service Operations, I help oversee the end-to-end delivery of GO’s services, including fixed voice, fibre broadband, IPTV, and network setups. Throughout this journey, I’ve had the opportunity to work with talented teams across departments — whether supporting the nationwide Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) rollout, enhancing field service operations, or driving service quality across our 4P portfolio. I’ve also contributed to the launch and operational alignment of new GO ventures, including: GO Energi – Malta’s smart energy service, where internal teams came together to prepare systems, processes, and customer support infrastructure. GO WiFi Crew – a customer-first, in-home WiFi optimisation service, where technical, support, and field teams collaborated to deliver a premium WiFi experience. Academically, I earned a BSc (Hons) in Computing & Information Systems from the University of London. The final project focused on machine learning for fault prediction in telecom networks — a research initiative that complemented and informed real-world challenges we face in operations.
