About Noel Feider

As the Director of Major Gifts and Planned Giving at Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design (MIAD), I lead the development and execution of strategies to secure major gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporations for the college's comprehensive campaign. With over two years of experience in this role, I have successfully cultivated and solicited donors, managed a portfolio of prospects, and increased the level of giving and engagement among alumni and supporters. My core competencies include strategic planning, donor stewardship, event management, and communication. I have a Master's degree in Leadership and Organizational Development from Silver Lake College of the Holy Family, where I also served as the Director of Events for one and a half years. After that, I was the Donor Engagement Director at Manitowoc-Two Rivers YMCA, where I provided financial development strategies and oversaw their annual campaign. I am passionate about fundraising and missions that enhance the impact of higher education in the community.
