Background
About Noel Gray
Talented and motivated professional that loves connecting with people! Uncanny ability to master new skills, enhance current skills, and motivate others to do the same! I love building others up through advancement, coaching, consulting, teaching, and encouraging them to go after the impossible. The daughter of 2 entrepreneurial parents, I was raised in a printing factory. I learned about hard work, dedication, and continuous personal growth at a young age. My first job was working as a laborer in my dad’s factory. I learned about back-breaking work first hand, and grew an appreciation for this type of work. Once I reached high school, my mom decided to follow her dream of opening her own coffee shop/restaurant. Through this experience, I lived through building your dream, literally, brick-by-brick. I helped her create business policy, schedules, and layout/design of the restaurant kitchen, and the front of the house. It was watching my parents chase their dreams that gave me the courage to chase mine. I graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education. During my time at BGSU, I took 20-23 credit hours a semester, while working 30-40 hours as a manager for a market research firm. I was determined to graduate in 4 years with a 5-year degree. During my time in music education, I learned I possessed exceptional leadership skills, and pursued a leadership position as an Assistant Principal. As an Assistant Principal, I recognized I would benefit from learning the Spanish language, and self-taught vocabulary, grammar, etc. to an Advanced Intermediate level and was utilized as a translator on campus. I have decided to take my educational and leadership skills outside of the education realm in order to expand the fields in which I can apply my passion, and gain flexibility in my work.
