I hold a Master’s in Health Administration, Bachelor’s of Science and Health Administration, Associate of the Arts concentrating in Healthcare Management and Electronic Health Records. My versatile life and work history in hospitality, retail and healthcare, has kept me agile and proactive, enriching my skills in AI technology, consulting, advising, project management, networking, performance improvement, business, and care processes across many programs and models. Other strong suits include problem-solving, communication, process development, process implementation, compliance, and team building, which enhance overall efficiency and outcomes. I’ve led teams of employees as both a manager and team lead throughout my educational and professional career, and most recently employed by non-profit and private hospitals since 2017 under the direction of multiple providers, as a member of multiple care teams, departments, administration, and multi-county services. I’ve also traveled abroad on personal and professional accounts empowering others as a lifestyle and health advocate, military spouse, healthcare administrator, mentor, and community liaison. I encompass unique experiences, creative skills and perceptions, which have helped me accelerate and maintain excellence in respective communities, excellent rapport and support in my journey. In addition to being passionate, I’m adventurous and sharp, striving to complement all paths of business, the healthcare industry, patient care, management, processes and achievements that increase overall community health, organizational processes and productivity in the workforce.
