I am managing a team of 26, who are providing 24*7 support for multiple services within eircom group including: mobile 2G / 3G RAN, mobile circuit switched core, mobile packet switched core, messaging services, hosting service, mobile broadband, Value Added Services, IT infrastructure, Retail store support, I am currently involved in multiple projects and new service deployments for Eircom. I have more than 12 years experience in the telecoms industry with Meteor and eircom. I have been a key resource in supporting both the day to day activities on all the network nodes & services; network build and rollout; and in co-ordinating incidents both major and minor on all nodes. I have worked on and have extensive knowledge of all the core nodes, in some cases dealing with deployments from multiple vendors over the 12 years. I am multi –skilled, customer focussed, cool under pressure, and always lead by example. I have vast experience working in a telecommunications environment, in both technical & management roles working in line with ITIL best practise.
