I posess excellent planning and organizational skills, strong people management and interpersonal skills, and a result oriented mindset that allow me to manage deadlines with my team, colleagues, and internal customers in a very fast-paced environment. My job as a proposal manager helped me to quickly understand customers' and projects' requirements and to translate these requirements into concrete project deliverables for the team, facilitating the production and delivery of high quality and compliant proposals. I speak four fluently Italian, English and French, I understand pretty well Slovenian, I am studying Romanian and my university gave me a basic knowledge of Russian. I love to receive new information and elaborate them in order to use them to my advantage whenever I need. Challenges intrigue me and stimulate my problem solving skills. I don't let failures get me down. I try to get a little bit better every day!
