About Noemi de Groot

I am working over 3 years as legal Counsel at Service Now negotiating SaaS Contracts, working with various internal stakeholders! Previously I worked as Corporate/Commercial Legal Counsel at MRCE for three years and I completed the LL.M. Corporate Law Program at VU/UvA in July 2019. Before, I finished my legal training and qualified as a lawyer in Germany in January 2019. I had the pleasure of working in the DLA Piper LL.P. real estate department in Munich and the M&A department of Paul Hastings LL.P. in Frankfurt. Throughout my career I enjoyed working in dedicated teams and I am motivated to deliver the best results to promote the success of the team and my organisation. Within my legal training and work as legal counsel, I learned how to handle complex legal issues under high pressure and to deliver results within strict deadlines. I enjoy working as a legal counsel in an international environment. I am well organised, have an independent and result-oriented way of working and the ability to find creative solutions. At the same time, I am a positive person and a humorous colleague.
