Throughout my career in Finance, I have built high performing teams and was continuously recognized as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, including at a Fortune 10 healthcare and technology company. By motivating and upskilling finance teams, I have empowered them to become invaluable business partners in complex, hi-tech and public sector organizations. This helped Finance earn trust and its seat at the decision-making table. While influencing financial decision-making, my focus is on long term profitability, staff development, effective risk management, unwavering integrity, and continuous improvement of tools and processes. I have implemented financial management best practices that allowed a $500M global business unit to seamlessly scale and pivot following several organizational transformations over the years. My teams and I have identified, led, and supported numerous strategic and operational initiatives and collaborated cross-functionally in areas such as: Strategy, market expansion, and R&D investment prioritization M&A Pricing Operations - including multiple Six Sigma projects targeting operational excellence and improved financial performance. Performance management - setting, tracking, and reporting on OKRs and KPIs that move the needle. Systems implementation and enhancements with a strong emphasis on effective data governance: SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for Planning, IBM TM1, Salesforce and CPQ, BI, SharePoint, and custom development applications.
