A successful Human Resources Assistant with an HR diploma from the University of Guelph and valuable experience in the main Human Resources functions. Effectively participated in recruitment, learning and development, performance management and employee relations. My passion is inventing new, more powerful and effective ways to listen to my colleagues, ensuring job satisfaction and resolving conflicts. Maintain data base, manage learning events, develop and maintain tracking sheets and prepare events.
