My projects include feature films/TV, Digital, Social, Interactive, mobile apps, promo trailers, second screen apps, and maximum movie mode. But no project can be done alone. One of my most important functions is to communicate well and keep everyone in the loop as a team, from top to bottom. Including them in the good and bad allows for a sense of ownership of the project, which creates a productive work environment. I’m also not afraid to get my hands dirty, which allows those under me to see that teamwork is key. I’m passionate about everything I do, whether small projects or high profile, because if there’s no heart, it will show in the quality of work. My energetic, bring-it-on attitude helps me bring order to the chaos that’s so often associated with production. Tough tasks don’t make me shy away; I welcome a challenge, because it allows me to keep learning and provides a greater sense of accomplishment at the end. Extraordinary quality, adhering to budget and schedules, being a self-starter and problem solver, and having the capacity to handle stress and insane deadlines are qualities that have propelled me to success.
