I currently serve as a Regional Director at FirstService Residential Ontario, overseeing a diverse portfolio of luxury high-rise towers, master-planned communities, and complex residential assets. My background spans both private and developer-led communities, with a proven track record in operational leadership, board governance, developer relations, strategic planning, and team development. I take pride in creating a culture of collaboration and accountability—ensuring resident satisfaction, asset performance, and service excellence. I hold the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation—the industry’s highest credential from CAI—and currently serve as a Board Member and Director with the CAI Canada Chapter, where I support education, standards, and advocacy for property managers nationwide.
