I’m a CIPD Level 5 certified HR professional with over 12 years of experience supporting C-level executives and driving HR operations across multinational corporations, NGOs, and international organizations. Currently, I serve as a Human Resources Associate at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), managing PSA contracts for 22 countries in the Regional Bureau for Africa. I ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all aspects of hiring, separation, and payroll. In my role, I’ve closed over 160 hire cases, 140 separations, and managed 60 life cycle events, while also onboarding new team members and delivering training sessions to country offices. I’m passionate about working with HR systems that save time and add value, whether it’s building onboarding processes or streamlining workflows. I bring a strong foundation in strategic HR practices: policies, onboarding, contract management, employee engagement, and lawful dismissal; supported by a BA in Business, Economics, and Communication from The American University in Cairo.
