With over 5+ years of experience in rural mental health, health promotion, and program evaluation, I specialize in designing impactful evaluation frameworks and conducting in-depth qualitative and quantitative research. My expertise lies in leveraging advanced analytical tools like REDCap, SPSS, NVivo, and Qualtrics to assess healthcare initiatives and improve outcomes. At the University of Melbourne, I led the evaluation of a pioneering mental health care placement program under the Rural Health Multidisciplinary Training (RHMT) initiative. By collaborating with stakeholders and applying rigorous data analysis, we enhanced healthcare accessibility and workforce capacity in rural Victoria. As a Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) Member, I uphold the highest standards of ethical research, advocating for equitable healthcare solutions and ensuring integrity in healthcare studies.
