About Nolan Grout

When I built my first computer at 11 I fell in love with everything the technology and the internet. I hustled for 2 summers doing neighbors yard work to acquire the money for that PC. This showed me that I am able to do anything I put my mind to. In 2012 I picked up Adobe products and began content creation. In 2015/16 I began basic web development, and in 2018 transitioned to full WordPress development. My personal hobbies and interests include anything outdoors, the arts, as well as helping people with any project they want to tackle. I have done various small side hustles such as sneaker & clothing reselling, drop shipping, Amazon FBA, custom apparel sales, and YouTube. Combining all my skills and personal interests makes me a very valuable player for any client. Due to my extensive knowledge of computers, and coding, I have also been able to manage any sort of IT related issues we have come across very swiftly. This helps cut costs and minimize downtimes. I am very numbers oriented and analytical which has helped greatly in business where it is so important to always lower costs and increase margins. Research is a hobby and I love reading case studies. This has allowed me to stay on the cutting edge of technology and new discoveries in all areas of industry. YouTube (being a long held passion) is a great tool for me to use to help get proper market exposure on homes and other properties.
