My focus includes asset utilisation, risk mitigation, and the delivery of high-impact, multimillion-pound programmes. From national strategic planning to day-to-day operations, I lead with purpose, clarity, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Currently, as Head of Estates Programmes at NHS England, I: • Oversee and manage capital and revenue strategy across the national corporate estate • Deliver coordinated, high-quality property project and programme management • Establish and lead the national accessibility strategy, improving inclusivity and ways of working across the built environment • Manage public finances and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards I champion collaboration, transparency, and accountability—empowering teams to embrace change and deliver results. My leadership style is rooted in creativity, curiosity, and a relentless pursuit of efficiency and excellence. Previous experience includes: • Managing estates and facilities across NHS Blood and Transplant sites in Yorkshire • Leading FM operations (soft and hard services) in an ISI school in West London I hold a ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, a NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Management and Leadership. As an aspiring director, I’m passionate about using strategic vision and inclusive leadership to drive transformation and long-term success.
