About Nolan Linville

I am a passionate Navy Supply Officer with a commitment to Sailor development. I have mentored dozens of Sailors in personal and career development, remaining firm as a leader, but approachable as a mentor. A guiding principle of mine is that an entity is only as strong as the individuals who champion it, and I try to empower my Sailors to work hard, efficiently, and with a team-focused attitude. Previous supervisors have noted that I remain levelheaded and do not fold under pressure. I believe that most valuable lessons are the challenges we face, and I strive to improve upon each challenge accordingly. A firm believer in modern approaches of leadership, I value different perspectives and novel approaches to accomplish goals. A high morale with even higher standards should always be the goal of any industry, and is accomplished by instilling leadership on every level and championing health and wellness. I am currently working towards a Master’s in Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Future Supply Officer Afloat. Currently serving overseas in Manama, Bahrain.
