About Nolan Terry

Nolan Terry is a business development professional and entrepreneur operating at the intersection of private equity, sales strategy, and scalable automation. At The Brydon Group, a leading lower middle-market private equity fund, Nolan plays a pivotal role in deal sourcing and business development, most recently supporting the successful platform acquisition of Test Assure, a workforce compliance software company. His undergrad experience spans 156 consecutive weeks of internships in consulting, asset management, and private equity. Mr. Terry has built a strong foundation in both finance and sales, having held multiple leadership positions at The Catholic University of America. These include serving as Co-President of the Finance Club, a 3-year member of the Dean’s Student Advisory Council, a Sales Program Ambassador, and a Busch School Ambassador. He was the first underclassman to win the CUA Underclassmen Sales Competition and went on to take first place in the university-wide sales competition. Nolan holds FINRA certifications, is a certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA), and accepted a full-time offer with Brydon nearly a year ahead of his expected graduation. Outside of his work in private equity, Nolan is the founder of Scian Tech Solutions, a CRM and marketing automation company that he has bootstrapped successfully. Scian helps small to mid-sized businesses unlock sales and operational efficiency through custom tech stacks and strategic automation. Beyond business, Mr. Terry is interested in reading, cooking, investing, football (American), and running as he trains for his second marathon in October.
