About Nonkie Molete

I started my career as a Secretary in the Property Industry whereby my duties included but not limited to, managing my MD's diary and travel arrangements. I moved from that company to Rosebank Travel as a Secretary and standing in for the PA when she is not available, handling Office Administration and Visa applications. I then had an opportunity to get involved in Finance which I found to be so interesting. I found my Secretarial skills to be playing an important role in terms of business communication and correspondence, which I am so good at. I started a new role in Debtors and Creditors wherein I have gained strong knowledge and extensive experience. I grew from a Controller to a Team Leader Position. Hence, I have the ability to perform the major duties and train others in how to perform these roles effectively and efficiently. My team player skills kick in when I notice that my colleague is struggling with a query resolution or responding to a mail, I step in and assist. I work well without or with minimal supervision. I have a lot of colleagues that I have mentored and continue to look up to me as a strong leader yet polite. Hence, they can trust me with their challenges should it be domesticated or work related.
