About Nono Nyathi

I am an ambitious tax professional, who believes that,"action reveals options that analysis never will". With over eight years of professional services experience, I help businesses optimise their tax processes and manage tax risk in support of their corporate strategy. Furthermore, I help firms with curating effective operating models. I have an established background in Corporate Tax Advisory and Deals/Transaction Tax, where I particularly provided assistance to: • Enterprises looking for investors (sell-side) by assessing the level of tax risk and mitigating such risk; and • Corporates, private equity firms and other investors (buy-side) to assess the level of tax exposure in the target enterprise. On a part-time basis, I lecture Corporate Tax and Strategic Management at the Zimbabwe Institute of Tax Accountants (ZITA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants Zimbabwe (ICAZ).
