As a Program Assistant at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), I supported the delivery of immigration and citizenship programs and services, applying my networking and data analytics skills to enhance efficiency and quality. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law from Carleton University, where I gained a solid foundation in legal principles, research, and writing. Prior to joining IRCC, I worked as an office administrator at Delta Accounting Group, where I handled various financial tasks and customer management responsibilities. I also have 1.5+ years of experience as a Sales Associate at ALDO Group, where I developed strong communication and interpersonal skills. I am passionate about working in the public service sector, where I can contribute to the social and economic well-being of Canada and its diverse population. I am eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges in my field of expertise.
