About Noor Butt

Hello all! I am a new graduate from Texas Woman’s University, and I am currently interning at Baylor Scott & White in cardiac rehabilitation. Alongside my studies, I am fortunate to work as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at D1 Training, where I guide athletes toward reaching their full potential. I also serve as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor at Texas Woman's University, helping individuals of all fitness levels achieve their goals and improve their overall wellness. I’m driven by a love for both the science behind human movement and the personal connections I build with clients. Outside of my academic and professional pursuits, I enjoy lifting weights and playing guitar. I’m excited to continue expanding my knowledge and skills as I work toward becoming a Physical Therapist and helping others lead healthy, active lives.
