About Noora Blom

I'm working as an HR Consultant in CGI's Global Business Services team in Helsinki, Finland. As an HR Consultant I'm supporting CGI's employees and managers in employment related issues. I'm taking care widely of employment related tasks during the whole employment life cycle including for example absence management, payroll support, business data changes and offboarding. I'm also advising managers and employees in HR processes, policies and guidelines, and answering questions related to the labor law. Our team in Finland is working closely with our global HR Business Services team. I'm a planning and coordinating type of a person and I have accuracy and attention to details. My strengths are e.g customer service skills, coordination skills, teamwork skills and of course accuracy. I'm a self-imposed, responsible, organized and motivated worker with desire to learn new skills. If I don’t know something, let’s find it out!
