About Nora Bright

Hi, I'm Nora! I help tech companies find standout marketing, creative, and hybrid technical talent—including the emerging roles where AI, product, and creative technology intersect.Recruiting runs in my blood—literally. My parents and paternal grandparents were in the recruiting industry, and I’ve been matching people with the right roles since college, starting with helping my friends and classmates land their first jobs. Now, with 7+ years of professional recruiting experience, I lead the Staffing & Recruiting division at 2A Consulting, where we specialize in placing marketing, creative, and tech-adjacent problem-solvers with leading tech companies. Why partner with us at 2A? We find the right match. Our clients rate us 4.8/5 for candidate quality, and our top client, Microsoft, renewed 100% of our contract talent in FY25. We live and breathe marketing. 2A isn’t just a staffing firm—we’re also a creative marketing agency, working with cloud leaders like Microsoft, AWS, and Google. That gives us deep industry insight and a stellar talent network. We take care of our people.
