My best quality as a health insurance broker is taking confusing concepts and regulations and making them easy to understand. I ask the right questions to get to the heart of the needs of a company or individual. My clients leave our conversations understanding how their plan works, and knowing they will be supported throughout the life of their policy. I taught high school for five years before getting into the insurance world, which has prepared me to know how to effectively and clearly teach people what they need to know about their policies. I read articles daily and work hard to stay abreast of the changes in the healthcare industry, which is more important now than ever.
