About Nora Devlin

My research on college and university faculty and higher education law makes me an expert on how longstanding institutions handle (or do not handle) conflict. I hope to apply this knowledge and expertise to the field through consulting, expert witnessing, and mediation. I am a creative and charismatic teacher, and a logical and technical thinker. Using my coach training from Fielding Graduate University, I consistently aim to help those around me meet and exceed their goals in terms of professional learning, personal growth, and career achievements. As a doctoral candidate (during a pandemic), I independently managed an extremely rigorous dissertation project at every stage and am highly capable of managing complex research projects despite persistent ambiguity. Above all, I am a doer; I get things done and done well. I speak the languages of administrators, scholars, attorneys, and support professionals and love to help people with diverse perspectives understand each other. I am creative and efficient; I solve problems naturally and quickly. I have impeccable communication skills in both English and Spanish. I am passionate about what I do.
