About Nora Gardner

I started my career in Investment Banking in New York City. When I received my first promotion, I wanted to upgrade my work wardrobe but I couldn't find anything that met my needs. I wanted to look professional and attractive and have my own style and personal brand. The styles in retail stores were either too expensive, unprofessional, or horribly unflattering. In desperation, I began to design and custom tailor my own clothing for work. Soon my colleagues asked where they could buy my outfits. After being asked the same question many times, I launched my own label to support working women everywhere. The rest is history. I am passionate about helping women feel empowered at work. My mission was, and still is, taking the stress out of getting ready for work, and replacing that stress with a feeling of confidence. Now I am pleased to expand our collection to both men and women working in many industries via our uniform business. We have doubled down on our commitment to sustainability by not only near-shoring and building long lasting products, but also now utilizing recycled materials to do our part to decrease the carbon footprint of the fashion industry.
