About Nora Grendon

Currently Director of HR with leading Irish FinTech, AQMetrics. AQMetrics has seen significant growth and global expansion so far in 2025. I work alongside our CEO as a member of our senior leadership team in strategically growing the global workforce in our Irish headquarters, as well as our other global locations in the UK, US and most recently Singapore and Luxembourg. My career to date has included my previous employer, Irish Water, in a number of HR roles from 2012-2017, where I was initially a Recruitment Business Partner within the Irish Water Programme and also a Senior HR Business Partner once the permanent utility organisation was established. This was an extremely complex start up organisation and has afforded me extensive experience to grow and enhance my skillbase. Most recently, that role evolved to a more senior talent focused position, where I led the internal & external employee candidate experience and career development opportunities with career coaching as a specialty. I also strategically partnered with the workforce management and shared services team wider HR team and all external vendors as required to support this role. Prior to my time with Irish Water I have spent over 15 years working in the area of Recruitment, HR, Talent management & organisational design in a number of high profile multi-national organisations across EMEA and Global functions. I also obtained a certificate in professional coaching in late 2016, career coaching employee engagement and wellness have been a key focus for me in recent years.
