About Nora Kostow

I am a research scientist in early stage, pre-clinical drug discovery with expertise in biologic drugs. For the past 3 years I have been doing antibody engineering and antibody. I was also Project Lead for 2 biologics programs. I received my PhD from the Molecular and Cell Biology program at UC Berkeley. I did my dissertation work in the Welch lab where I studied host-pathogen interactions with a focus on the bacterial pathogen Burkholderia thailandensis and how it induces host cell-cell fusion. I have extensive experience with antibody engineering, antibody discovery, molecular biology, cell biology, biochemistry, microscopy, microbiology, and genetics.
