I am looking for a remote position that is challenging and offers continued learning. I am self-motivated and highly dependable. My objective is to be the best I can be, to provide quality services while following my dreams to make the world a better place. I have a home based office set up and ready to work, additionally I have worked remotely for the last 20 years. Some travel will be acceptable as needed by the job.In my career, I small business owner of an A&E firm providing environmental services, surveying services, design, site acquisition, leasing, zoning and permitting services to T-Mobile, Sprint, Crown Castle, American Tower, SBA and several other smaller local companies. Additionally I was a Licensed NM Real Estate Broker (2002-2012, currently inactive), and Site Acquisition Manager on two (2) major AT & T projects in NM and AZ. I have experience working with multiply municipalities throughout AZ, NM, and the El Paso area; working with the Public Service Company of NM and a variety of telco providers for backhaul; NMDOT on right-of-way installations, BIA for permitting and installations on Indian lands; Military personnel for installations on White Sands, as well as Ft. HoodThis has provided me with the opportunity to experience every aspect of the Wireless Telecommunications Industry from Site Acquisition to On-Air Handoff to the customer. Additional I have been a CAD designer, providing construction drawings to multiple disciplines giving me a firm understand and knowledge of how to read and understand construction documents, equipment specifications, jurisdictional setbacks and code/compliance requirements.
