About Nora Sterchi

After more than 13 years with Flexim Group and 7 years in Human Resources, I am currently the HR Director for our Group, an international service company in the Facility Management industry. I oversee HR administration, compensation and benefits, recruitment and organizational development for over 600 employees in 17 countries. Passionate about creating a positive, innovative and collaborative corporate culture that fosters employee engagement, performance and well-being, I enjoy contributing to the Flexim Group's strategy, vision and values, aligning HR objectives with the needs and expectations of internal and external stakeholders. I'm also involved in cross-functional projects, such as the organic development of our activities in Europe and internationally, as well as acquisitions. Digital transformation, process harmonization and social responsibility are also key projects that I enjoy investing in. I'm looking to bring my energy, skills and positivity to a dynamic, ambitious team who share my passion for human, excellence and service.
