About Nora Thronte

I have a large experience of the different phases of a project from the analysis to the delivery for the international public and private sectors and of the different types of projects (small and large projects, short or long time projects). • With my background of tester, developer and analyst, I have, in the last recent missions, been trainer, team manager, project manager, membership of a project support office, deployment coordinator, transition manager, change and release manager, configuration item manager, service desk manager, problem coacher, knowledge manager. • I have been in contact with projects that used different technologies (as C, Java.net, Oracle DB, XML, Windows, Unix, Linux, VMware for the most recent) and to projects that delivered products with different user interfaces as the Web-based user interface (WUI) or the standard graphical user interface (GUI) or the command line interface with exchange of data in mode synchronous or asynchronous. • I was also responsible of projects that have customized a service management tool, provided a CMDB and a monitoring solution for the operation services and developed a reporting solution for the management purposes. • I was responsible of the transition phase and participated to the operational services in the last decade. • As deployment coordinator I was responsible of the coordination of the replacement of hardware infrastructure and the upgrading of the software components for international customers in the respect of the clients’ SLA and constraints. • Recently my flowing communication and organization qualities are used on a large project (50 people of 8 different nationalities) where I am responsible of Projects of type adaptive and corrective maintenance. I am a pluralistic profile and can adapt to many various situations.
