My role involves interpreting and analyzing business plans to define best practice approaches and implementing targeted change management strategies. In my prior role at PwC as a Senior Associate/Specialist, I led the development and implementation of various learning solutions, overseeing initiatives such as the Onboarding program, New Manager Program, and Google Apps at Work for over 6500 employees.
