As a Senior Management Advisor and Executive Consultant, I combine strategic foresight and methodological expertise with an innovative spirit and an embedded mindset. I advise, design, and support organizations in adopting modern, digital, and transformative technologies to successfully advance processes, business models, and use cases. This also includes building and shaping innovation labs, incubators, and accelerators, as well as developing ecosystems and structures that effectively drive innovation and growth. For more than 20 years, my passion has been Digital Business Innovation and Transformation—the common thread throughout my part-time academic teaching and research activities, including seven inspiring years as Professor Affilié at an international elite business school. Since 2013, I have been focusing on the complex ecosystem of Artificial Intelligence (GOFAI/GenAI). AI is both the enabler and the innovation driver of the next digital transformation wave—and at the same time the greatest gamechanger of our era.
