I am a farmer, engineer, and entrepreneur driven by my passion for making a positive impact in the world. My journey began with the establishment of the first Fair-Trade and Organic certified farm in the kingdom of Cambodia. At our farm, we cultivate the exquisite Kampot pepper and vanilla, bringing the rich flavors of our land to people's tables. Committed to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), I actively participate in a variety of social and environmental projects. My advocacy focuses on crucial areas such as gender equality, inclusion, access to education and healthcare, environmental protection, and eradicating child and forced labor. I firmly believe that by addressing these issues, we can build a more equitable and sustainable future. In addition to my agricultural endeavors, I possess expertise in both FinTech and AGTech domains. Throughout my career, I have achieved remarkable success in business development, account management, and sales processes for complex solutions. As an expert in traceability across various value chains, I bring hands-on experience and knowledge to agricultural projects. Recognizing the importance of empowering farming communities worldwide, I leverage my skills and knowledge to enhance their livelihoods and facilitate fair market access. Currently, I am spearheading an agroforestry project aimed at regenerating soils, cultivating forests, and generating carbon credits for the voluntary carbon market. I welcome partnerships with like-minded individuals, NGOs, or corporations who share a similar vision and are interested in collaborating on these topics. With unwavering dedication, I am determined to drive positive change, create sustainable solutions, and inspire others to join me on this transformative journey.
