About Norbert Faure

Project Director with 20 years of experience in automotive industry, I had chance to manage very challenging projects at Stellantis South America during 15 years, starting from common modular platform project to finish with complete program of 3 new vehicles (from design to manufacturing). I led great multicultural teams French, Brazilian, Argentina, Indian under a common goal to achieve the strategic targets. During my carrier, I was invited most of the time to take new positions or new projects when the situation is critical or when projects are in trouble in order to put them on track. My profile is clearly focused on results achievement and leadership of the team to give them the direction and to unblock the issues with fast decision making and escalation process. I'm resilient and I never give up when i commit to deliver a project. In 2022, i decided to take the challenge to join ACC, with a great project to build the future of battery industry in Europe. I have been leading important and complex industrial project in Bruges, Nersac and BBD1 to launch the first block of Gigafactory starting from scratch. In my personal life, I practice triathlon, I have finished several Half IronMan. This sport requires resilience, focus, planification and never give up mindset, that's very helpful for project management.
